U12 Teams - 2008 Season

**12 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

The 12 and under program will be a developmental program with an 8-week run of two two-hour sessions, twice a week (Wed & Sun).  The program will start Sunday, January 27th and run through Sunday, March 30th.

Sessions will contain both instruction and round-robin playing of games so girls will get the feel of both skills and competition.

The price for the program will be $200.  Besides paying for USA Volleyball membership, gym rental time and coaches, the players will each receive a Montana Volleyball Club t-shirt for practice and hopefully one tournament type competition with outside clubs.

Following this session, there will be a tryout for a pair of traveling teams for a short season, April thru late May-early June.  The cost of the team will be determined by how many tournaments they elect to play in.

In doing the first half of the season, we feel we are helping to expose young ladies in the proper techniques and skills of volleyball and give them a leg up on enjoying the game.  Also, for players playing for the first time, it also gives them a chance to develop skills if they are interested in trying out for the traveling teams.
